We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may vary due to monitor settings. Product availability is subject to change.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Insoles & Orthotics (personal hygiene)
• Socks (unless packaging is unopened)
• Custom/special order items
• Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Orders and Payments

International customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international returns.

Our Adventure-Ready Guarantee allows returns within 15 days of receipt, provided items are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
