Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Insoles & Orthotics (personal hygiene reasons)
- Socks (unless packaging is unopened)
- Custom or special order items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping address
- Special instructions if needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your return securely with all original packaging and tags. Include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days).
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item you want
- We’ll ship your new item once we process your return
If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
Adventure-Ready Guarantee
We test our gear to withstand outdoor conditions, but if any of our products fail under normal use within 30 days of purchase, contact us for special warranty consideration beyond our standard return policy.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars
